Your new Nemire Lure comes with a Limited Lifetime manufacturers warranty against defects in materials, workmanship and against breakage under normal fish conditions. The lure has been factory inspected for defects in materials and should reach you in perfect condition. This warranty does not cover a Nemire Lure damaged due to abuse, misuse or normal wear. Some state laws do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages or limitation of the duration of implied warranties, so the above exclusion and limitation might not apply to you.
